Consult
We consult with you on your plans and review your land on the council requirements. From building with respect to neighbours, using soil tests, feature surveys and arborist reports. We can evaluate the opportunities and restrictions of your land.
Whether it be, the impact of surrounding trees or specific council requirements, developing creative and constructive solutions to meet your needs. From your earliest consultations with us, we can help provide you with all the information, including the process moving forward.
Design
We meet with you to discuss on your requirements and ideas on how you want to build you home. Our Building designer review block orientation, we work closely with you to determine how many living areas, bedrooms, en suites and open areas will make up the floor plan of your new home. Essentially what you must have in your house.
Furthermore, we develop the exterior Façade based on your needs. While we take care of all the paperwork, you can choose the inside of your home with our Interiors. Select everything from taps to benchtops, cabinetry, floors, doors and more.
Build
The build stage begins as soon as we get the council approvals and we can bring our trades, suppliers and quality materials to construct your new home. Throughout the construction process, your experienced site manager arranges inspections and keep you regularly updated on the progress. We will ensure that your home is build as per the requirements
Hand over
Once the Construction is complete, we organise a final walk-through with you. When you are satisfied with your new home, we proceed with the settlement, and hand over the keys. From there, it is yours to enjoy.
